Adopt-a-Palooza - The South Bay's largest adopt-a-thon.
Be An Exhibitor

Unlike other pet fairs, Adopt-a-Palooza is free for all shelters and rescues bringing animals for adoption.  Our sponsors and event fees will cover their costs.  You can feel good about your investment every time you look over at the animals awaiting their new homes.

  • Adopt-a-Palooza will be promoted in newspapers, radio, posters, flyers, internet and retail stores.
  • Showcase your products and services in front of pet loving consumers at a venue that is well-known and easily accessible.
  • Increase sales, contacts and/or fundraising. Generate leads, introduce products, services or education, and meet your target audience face to face.
  • Promote your business or organization at an event where attendees love their pets and care about adopting and rescuing animals.
  • Be associated with an event that honors companion animals, and is committed to responsible pet ownership, education, rescue and adoption.


BUSINESS VENDORS

  • Vendor fee $175 for 10x10 booth, postmarked by August 31, 2009.  After Aug. 31, fee is $225.
  • All vendors selling taxable items must have a resale certificate.
  • Additional booths cost half the original fee.



NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS (501(c)3) and certain clubs, organizations or rescues).

  • Vendor fee $50 postmarked by August 31, 2009.  After Aug 31, fee is $100.
  • Rescues will have larger spaces for animals.
  • Additional 10x10 booths cost half the original fee.

 

  * Fees are waived for any rescue bringing animals for adoption and by providing 1 hour of volunteer services to help with the event.  Without volunteer, the fee will be $50.00.

* Rescues will provide housing/kennels for animals and are responsible for their care at all times.

  • Chairs - $4.00/ea
  • Table (8’ rect) - $18.00
  • Electrical Chord - $35.00
  • Booth size is 10x10

For other needs, please ask and we’ll try to accommodate them, if possible.

·         All vendors must supply and set up their own vendor space (canopy, tables, chairs, displays etc...).
Any additional vendor spaces (adjoining to the first and for the same vendor) can be obtained for half the cost!
